A trapped bird

A trapped bird in a solitary confinement
Busted wings, sodden with blood
Frozen tears and comatose spirit
The soul and the body naysay each other
The body is worn out, can't put up with more
The soul still buoyant, believes in a better tomorrow
A combat going on between the soul and the body
Whichever may win the trounce is for the bird
If the bird dies, a disgruntled ghost remains
With unfulfilled desires packed within
If the bird lives, the body does suffer
With agonizing pain, it cries within
Now what could be the justice and how should be its fate?
The pathetic bird is stuck up in this crucial maze
