Simply beautiful

Plain eyes without liner or shadow
Yet they have a charismatic charm
A mesmerizing vigor that I never knew
Stronger that the gravitational pull
Lost in the magnetism I ask myself
Simplicity, is that the word?

Silky skin sans any coat
Of the artificial cosmetics, still it glows,
In that gentle touch, I can live a lifetime
Die million deaths, yet willing to be born
Lost in the tenderness I ask myself
Simplicity, is that the word?

Scarlet honey dipped lips with no lipstick
Stealing the red from the cherry
Stealing the honey from the flowers
The garden seems faded when I see you
Lost in the sweetness I ask myself
Simplicity, is that the word?

Velvety hair with a natural curl
Loosened freely, swings with the air
A magical dance in the nature’s cadence
The flowers implore to adorn you
Lost in the chasteness I ask myself
Simplicity, is that the word?

A voice echoes from beyond
As if a message from the nymph
Making me realize in a flash of a second

That the word is “simply beautiful”
