Soul still alive

At the core of eternity
Wrath sours
Life abhors
Hope demises
But my soul still rises

Sadness pries
Tear dries
Satan howls
Yet a spirit prowls

Testing time
Destiny’s crime
Debacle inches
Soul still clinches

Hibernating soul

With a sudden spasm I gasped
As I felt the chillness of the night

Penetrating my body
It ached all over….

No where to turn…
All I could see was dark

My breath felt scary
In the void of the night

My voice echoed
My hope soured

As I kept looking
For my hibernating soul….
