Besides the lake, beneath the tree
My golden sunflowers smile in glee
Facing the sun, they swing along
Dancing to the beats of my unsung song
A sprinkle of bliss, a packet of glee
I receive my share from beauty of thee
Thousands of you stand in a swarm
Melting my heart with your splendid charm
In moments of grief, I steal a glance
Truly enthralled, I lock you in my trance
And in my heart a pleasure showers
At the sight of these splendid sunflowers
